A little history

In 2009, amidst a rapidly changing technological landscape, the concept of managed service providers was budding in the UK. But we noticed a vital gap: while the US had MSPs providing advanced support, the UK's IT support for SMEs was mainly reactive. And many companies felt underserved.

With a vision to bridge this gap and with two passionate experts, Serveline was born. We started out to serve as an outsourced IT department for SMEs, many of which could not afford an in-house team with significant expertise.

Our journey from then to now has been driven by an undying passion for fostering genuine customer engagement and exceeding expectations at every turn.
