TowerEight are a rapidly expanding company and frequently need to adapt their IT infrastructure to accommodate changes and additions, such as new users. Serveline installed and support the entire technology platform at TowerEight. This includes a fully managed IT service, connectivity and telecoms platform, provision of hosted infrastructure services and a fully managed print solution.
Serveline recently did a server upgrade for TowerEight to replace an end of life server. The project was completed out of hours to ensure minimal disruption to TowerEight’s business operations. The new server provides TowerEight with a more robust platform that will be sustainable for the future and will improve performance in key areas including logon services and improved functionality. Serveline remained on-site for the day after the install was completed. This was in order to bring each member of the Tower8 staff up to speed on all the changes and to resolve any issues that arose.
Serveline maintain a stable and resilient platform for the network and have strict SLA’s in place to make sure it can be adapted quickly to meet TowerEight’s fluid network requirements. They have developed a close working relationship with TowerEight and are trusted with all aspects of their IT infrastructure.
